Blind Labs

I adopted Hunter approximately 1.5 years ago. He is blind. I have nothing but good things to report. He is a wonderful dog. He plays "fetch" at full speed all day long if he can get someone's arm to hold out. He walks 5 miles a day. He doesn't consider his "lack of sight" to be a disability at all. In fact, he gets around so well that people are amazed when I say he's 100% blind. Hope that otherts will adpot blind labs also and see for themselves how well it works out. Have to say though....impossible to hide toys from him . His nose always knows where they are !!! BTW: We considered naming him Stevie Wonder

Thanks for sharing your wonderful story Denise! I hope this encourages everyone to check out Mr. Duke who is currently available for adoption.
