Hi it’s Boots here, I am a 2-3 year old yellow lab mix and I am searching for my forever home. My past is a blank page so my foster mom and dad have pretty much started at ground zero with me. As you can see by my handsome photo I am a big boy, about 75 #, with beautiful markings. I have very cute freckles on my nose and white paws. Foster Mom and Dad think that I am just a puppy in this big body. I love a good belly rub and love to play tag in the yard with either my furry sisters or Foster Dad. I'm not particularly fond of the ball, but I might learn. I am in training class, doing very well I might add, to buff up my manners. I walk like it’s my job and do it with ease – no pulling, minimal sniffing and I stay on the left at heel. I love going for long walks, sightseeing along the way, enjoy a car ride, but mostly I like to know that you are around – not too far away. There is no guarding of food or toys, I play nice with my 2 fur sisters and am so gentle taking a treat. Is it a bit of hot dog?? My favorite. Do you have squirrels in the back yard? I “encourage” them to find another yard. A 7' fence is a plus in my new home as I have the unusual ability to scale a 6’ fence.
