Houston...... The countdown is on!!! You will find a new forever family in 5……. 4……. 3……. 2……. 1…….
Although my name is Houston .... I am from Missouri and am about 2 years old with a yellow coat, and I am just under 70lbs. When I was rescued by MLRR, I was positive for heart worms but MLRR and my foster family said ... NO PROBLEM, and they fixed me right up!!! Having heart worm treatment just meant I got to hang out at my foster family's house for a while until I got better. They love me and tell me what a great pup I am because I do not have to be crated. I have the run of the house and I do not touch anything I am not supposed to. I just love being in a home. I am a very CHILL DUDE!!! I love to run and play but most of the day I am pretty calm. I love kids and people and my foster fur brother and I get along great. I have not met any cats yet but I like everything I have met so far!! When I was going through my treatment, the sight in one of my eyes went away. The vet says it may return, but it also may not. But it does not slow me down and I am used to it now. I love walks on a leash and am very calm, I don’t pull at all. And from what I am told... Not all labs do that !!! My foster mom keeps telling me I am special because I am so well behaved. I would love to have a new Forever family to play with and to love!! If you come and visit me, I will show you what an awesome pup I am !!!

Is Houston still available?
Thanks so much,
Pam - I don't see you on the list of approved adopters. Have you filled out an application? If not, please go to mlrr.org and fill out an application. If you have, please provide name of applicant. Thank you.
