Thanks DMewes for the update. I have you on the list of approved adopters as I received the home visit report yesterday! I've noted your interest in Jack.

All: I did want to let everyone know that the first family that was on the list to meet Jack as of earlier this week is set to meet him this weekend. It sounds like a good match and Jack will most likely be adopted. To give you some idea of the waiting list, especially for a young yellow Lab, this family was approved on 7/25/11. So please take a look at the other wonderful Labs we have available and if you are willing to expand your preferences that will definitely decrease your wait time for a Lab! I know there were a lot of interested families for Jack. Please do not get discouraged. We have many Labs available for adoption and we are getting new Labs into rescue every week. There are several that have not even made it to the site yet! We are all doing the best we can to find you and your family the best match. Thanks!
